There was the rocket workshop yesterday afternoon. We were released at 1.20pm. Anyway, the rocket workshop was a tad boring especially when we had to assemble all the parts together. I've never been on good terms with cutting utensils, yannow. The pen knife for example. =)
We ended up assembling two rockets even though we were shorthanded! After all of us were done assembling the parts for the rockets, the instructors played us funny (but lame) advertisements as entertainment. There were ads that I laughed at. And yes, my face turned red like a baboon's ass. Some were just pervertic. Some were REALLY lame and had NULL humour in it!
But okay. An hour or two (not too sure) later, we were ready to launch the rockets! Haha! Tell ya something. Be jealous right now from this point onwards.
;)
I had a BLAST watching the rockets fly through the air! And had a GREAT time getting myself drenched in water! It was superb, I tell ya! Haha! Too bad, our class didn't win the first prize competition. BUt who cares really? There weren't any prizes at all! In fact, I think a common prize the whole of Sec 3 got was FUN, FUN, FUN!!
Today didn't start off well for me. Many reasons. One, I was late for school again for the second time. I woke up late, damnit! Two, I felt a little bit distanced from my friend. I mean, as in, a little bit anti-social? You know that feeling you get sometimes? Down? Upset? Pissed? Well, I do know that I got VERY pissed at some of my friends. Argh!
I'm beginning to like Maths a little better. Mdm. Ho taught us Inverse Matrices today. And I understood it like woah. Haha! I like Matrices and Functions a lot. Actually, Function is the second topic I excel in and Matrices is the third topic I excel in. I had never enjoyed A-maths that well. =P
I quite like Logarithm. But it sucks some times. Simultaneous is my best topic. =P *grins*
After school, there was the English-Comprehension workshop! It was b-o-r-i-n-g. Know what that spells? BORING! Pfft. But I did learn some useful things from the workshop. For one, I think I'll be able to answer the "Explain in your own word..." questions and answer the summary well hopefully. =P
I went back home with Pok Quen, Yu Ying and Hwee Huan after the workshop. Of course, there were some other friends.. but I'm not close/not on good terms with them. That was why I didn't mention them in this entry.
I'm going to sleep now. Hopefully, I'll be able to wake up at 5am tomorrow and continue on my geography project. Arghh! I hate projects! HATE HATE HATE!
