What an okay day!

Notice that? An OKAY day.

The day was wet and there was a bit of rain but that's fine. Plus, the good thing is there isn't any morning assembly today! That's so wonderful! I LOVE rainy days especially on weekdays in the morning hours. *laughs* Can take my time to do whatever I want at home without rushing. @_@;

From 7.20 to 8.50am, we stayed in class. Most of my classmates were playing card games. I wasn't in a mood to play because my entire day was spoilt by one stupid idiot whose name I shall pass on as anonymous. *mumbles* I felt so bored within that 1H30min! Then Ms. Picca told us that we've to fill in the holiday form. I find that it's so troublesome because my family haven't really decide whether to go to Australia this holiday or not. Morever, we've this call-your-friends scheme. It aims to ask your friends about their well-being especially during this bird-flu season. We were told that 4 of our classmates will be retained. Ms. Picca said she's gonna be like Tyra from America's Next Top Model: "In my hands.. I have four report cards of four students who didn't make it." I dont know why and I'm sorry if this offends anyone but I just found it funny!
Then we gossiped among ourselves about the 4 students who'll be retained next year. Two students are already confirmed. The other two not really sure lah. Anyway, guys, stay happy yar? Even if retain, at least you get enough time to re-study everything right? Then you can score better in class tests and exams. =) Ok, anything, just call me or see me in school. Can talk =P

At 8.50am, we headed for the hall. The Teacher-in-Charge who're bringing us on the trail are Mr. Lai and Mdm. Ho. *coughs* Rumours about them both! ...thanks to my class. *coughs* Our instructor was William. William is a nice guy even though he looks fierce! Nah, just kidding. He looks kiddy. In the bus, we were challenging the other two classes. We made funny faces at them and saying, "Woohoo! We're first! You slow turtle!" 3E3 rocks! They make me so happy sometimes. We reached our first stop at Singapore Tyler Print Institute. We met this wonderful angmoh lady whose name is Laura. She gave a brief talk on screenprinting and artsy stuffs like that, yar? We walked into a room later to watch a 25-minutes video which taught me a thing or two about screenprinting but at the same time bored me nearly to death.

We're divided into two groups. Group A and Group B (not official). Me, being in Group A, were the first batch to go to the workshop below. We saw an artist and two print-experts but they didn't give a damn about us. *whines* We watched them like plain idiots from afar. Then we took the stairs down to the workshop and we saw super huge machines. The one part that interests me most was the paper production at the paper mill further in. So nice to watch the two men making paper. Hehe! Then walked up to the gallery room and Group B went down to the workshop. First 5 minutes, I sat down because I felt restless due to the shit problems from my friends. Then walked around the gallery watching the prints hung on the walls. One particular one caught my attention so much that I stared at it for a good 10 minutes. The print had this girl standing in front of a mirror watching her reflection. The whole print looked great, mysterious and... very FRIGHTENING.

There were two pieces of prints that I couldn't make out. The one with the titled.. "Men at work." I just cant figure out where the hell the men are. I didn't see any humans in the print. Maybe I gotta look at the abstract way.. but I just can't. O__O Bottom line is, I hate those two pieces.

Then walk around lor. Went down to get some postcards, lol! We waited for Group B to come up then we bidded goodbye to the lovely lady, Laura. We waited for the bus but it came early. Thank goodness we didn't have to wait like the last time during our geography field trip! Then went to Esplanade. Boring, boring, boring. I've been at the Esplanade for like 6 times now. *whines* There aren't much any new stuffs except for a couple of new shops. Really like nothing to see sia! We walked pass a chocolate shop. Tempted, tempted! Didn't buy because it was expensive like hell. I was told one tiny miny small chocolate costs $1. Junwei bought 4 tiny miny small chocolates for $4. I could use that money to buy myself a nice student meal at McD. Went up to the library, read a book on theatre studies then went to watch TV and listened to music. *laughs* Haiya, I'm interested in theatre studies lah but it has something to do with the subject I totally hate and fail miserably at - LITERATURE. Guess I can only take it as a hobby lah. Certainly not a course I wanna take if I get into a University. Read more books.

"Ritz, ritz, stop reading lah, bookworm!" I know, I know. I can't stop reading. Books are my lifeline. It's something I've grown attached to. *laughs* Some boys were reading *coughs* human art *coughs* books. There were some *coughs* almost-nude *coughs* pictures. Please lah, it's art lor! 'cept that it's about human body and stuffs like that. --; *sweats* Stop thinking dirty!

Afterwards, we headed back to school. First class to reach was 3E1 then us then lastly 3E2. HAHA, we pwn them! XD My class knows what I'm talking about yar! Ok lah, I'm going off now. SEE YAAAAA.
